Data Deletion Request

If you connected your Facebook or LinkedIn account to Spriggle and would like your data deleted, you have two options:

Option 1 — Delete your Spriggle account

Signing in and deleting your account will remove all your data from Spriggle including your Facebook and LinkedIn connections, posts, media and workspace settings.

Option 2 — Email us

Send an email to info@spriggle.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Spriggle account. We will delete all your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What data we hold

Your name and email address
Your Facebook Page access token
Your LinkedIn access token and connected Company Page details
Posts created through Spriggle
Images uploaded to your Media Library
Workspace settings and preferences

LinkedIn comments viewed through Spriggle's Reply AI are fetched live from LinkedIn each time you check your inbox and are never stored in our database.

Facebook specific

To disconnect Spriggle from Facebook directly, go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Spriggle from the list.

LinkedIn specific

Disconnecting LinkedIn inside Spriggle removes your access token and connected Company Page details from our systems immediately. To also revoke Spriggle's access directly from your LinkedIn account, go to the "Me" icon on LinkedIn → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted Services, and remove Spriggle from the list. If you cancel your Spriggle subscription, your LinkedIn connection data is automatically deleted as part of that process.
